Kelly oversees Western Canada and Northern Territories. Ideally suited for this crucial role as he has served with the Canadian Airborne Regiment and the Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry. Kelly proudly  represented Canada on several tours of duty around the world. Working in federal corrections, I was a respected crisis negotiator and a union leader.
